Main House
The main house features 3 spacious & carefully curated guest suites with en-suite baths. Enjoy the peace and serenity of the countryside with two veranda’s, and a sitting area in the pergola to enjoy your morning sunrise cup of coffee or evening glass of wine watching the beautiful Texas sunset. Enjoy open vistas of Bluebonnets & Indian Paint wildflowers in the spring. Dark skies away from the lights of the town to see enjoy endless stars!
We are located within the one-square mile of Round Top city limits.
Each room can accommodate 2 guests maximum. The price per room is $500 dollars per night for the Round Top Antique/Design show. For more information and to book please email me with your preferred dates & room choice

Elizabeth Rose Room
The Elizabeth Rose room is located on the second floor. It features a queen size bed, private bathroom with claw foot bath tub, sitting area, and fire place. This room has access to the upstairs balcony where you can relax.
Mint Julep Room
Located on the first floor at the front of the home, this spacious room is the largest guest room with with access to the veranda. Features a King sized bed and sitting area, separate shower & tub.
Ginger & Spice Room
The Ginger & Spice is located on the main level It has two full sized beds and a sitting area.
